FIRST DAY IN DISNEYLAND!!!

How fun is this?! We've saving for about 2 years to take the girls to Disneyland and the wait was well worth it! We are having a great time and I look forward to more fun as the week goes on. The following are pictures from our first day at Disneyland. We walked into the park with Kim, Deb and the Boys and were going to head for the small kid rides together...well we were distracted right off when the girls saw goofy! So we stayed in line to get a family got with Goofy and I'm glad we did! This is the best family picture we've ever had...we are all LOOKING and SMILING! We headed down Main Street, USA and the girls took it all in then we went to the Castle and the girls loved seeing the actually thing. We then headed right for the carousel and that was a hit! The girls could have stayed there all day long. Mikayla was so excited to the horses from the picture she cut out of the calendar (the horse wasn't gold but she didn't care). We then rode Dumbo and all sorts of fun little kid rides. We went on Small World with Kim, Deb and the boys and that was fun (this was one of Mikayla's favorite rides). We then had lunch with Kim's gang and then went our separate ways. I took Mikkel for a walk to help her fall asleep (it actually worked) and Kris took Mikayla and went and did a few fun little rides together. In the evening it got kind of cold, the girls were hungry and so we decided to leave the park a little early. But as we were walking out the girls saw the parade going on and wanted to watch so we caught the last of the parade and then headed out. We had dinner at some yucky buffet with Kim's gang. The girls finished before us so the went back to the hotel with Deb and her family and Kris and I finished dinner, caught the bus and headed back to the hotel for Beddy-Bye! It was a fun day and I can't wait to have another great one!
